From Monday 1 July, the Children and Family Health Surrey One Stop referral service will transfer from Simplify Health to Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Since 1 April, Surrey and Borders have also managed the CAMHS Single Point of Access (formerly known as CAMHS One Stop). Referrals continue to be made in exactly the same way as before – via the portal, telephone or post.

Children and Family Health Surrey are committed to delivering a first-rate referral service in partnership with Surrey County Council and other system partners in response to the growing demand and systemwide changes across children and young people's services.

Please continue to access the online referral portal via the new web address which went live in April: https://childrensreferrals.sabp.nhs.uk/. The old web address will be permanently switched off at the end of June, so please update any bookmarks or shortcuts. Online referrals are the most efficient and responsive way to refer into the service compared to postal referrals. The postal address and telephone number for referrals remain the same.
