You will be aware from previous bulletins that you do need to have a fire risk assessment in place in your school to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, which became law in October 2006.
Many of you have already sent representatives to the courses that were held over previous years. The evaluation forms from these courses have been very positive and people have found them both worthwhile and informative.
The Fire Risk Assessment Courses for 2019 are listed below. For smaller premises, on one floor, the delegates would be required to attend the first day of the course and for more complex premises that have more than one floor or students with special needs it would be necessary for delegates to attend on both days.
Thameside Centre, Wyatt Road, Staines-upon-Thames TW18 2AY from 9am – 4pm.
One day delegates - Tuesday 25 June 2019
