Your feedback on Surrey Children’s Single Point of Access (SPA)

The Surrey Children’s Single Point of Access (SPA) is the umbrella term for the ‘front door’ to Children’s services in Surrey. The SPA is the conduit for access to services at levels 2, 3 and 4 of Effective Family Resilience. It also provides direct information, advice and guidance to residents and people who work with children in Surrey about where and how to find the appropriate support for families.

If you have contacted Surrey Children’s Single Point of Access (SPA), any feedback you are able to provide is immensely valuable and will help on the journey toward delivering outstanding services for Surrey’s children and their families.

Please provide your feedback on your experience contacting Surrey Children’s Single Point of Access (SPA).

Your feedback on the Child Protection Consultation Line for Schools and Early Years Settings

In response to recent discussions with schools about how to strengthen support for referrals, a new Child Protection Consultation Line for Schools and Early Years Settings has also implemented.

The aim of the Child Protection Consultation Line is to help direct Schools and Early Years Settings to the most appropriate service that can meet the child and family’s needs, and to ensure that requests for support and safeguarding are getting to the right place, at the right time.

The Consultation Line is open to all schools in the County, including Independent Schools and Early Years Settings. There will be an expectation that you continue to consult the Effective Family Resilience Guidance, Surrey Child Protection Procedures and your designated safeguarding lead.

Please provide your feedback on the Child Protection Consultation Line.
